If you are ready to thrive in a fast-paced and rewarding recruitment environment, we invite you to be a key player in our success.Responsibilities:Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and specific requirements for executives.Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to source and attract qualified candidates.Screening and Evaluation: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, skills evaluations, and reference checks, to ensure alignment with client needs.Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.Job Advertising: Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates.Negotiation and Offer Management: Facilitate salary negotiations and manage the offer process, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients.Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates, establishing yourself as a trusted recruitment partner.Market Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.Reporting: Provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics, candidate pipelines, and placement success to internal stakeholders.Qualifications:Proven experience as a recruiter in a staffing agency or similar environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills on an executive level.Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
