Manager, FP&A - private equity backed biotech About the job Manager, FP&A - private equity backed biotech Private equity backed biotech companyis currently looking for an FP&A Managerto act as right-hand to VP of Finance,leading strategic finance, ad hoc reporting & analysis & business partnering across dynamic organization. The Manager, FP&A isa newly created role due to the growth of the organization. Ideal candidate has strong financial modeling skills, the ability to act as a strategic-minded business partner with department leads & c-suite, and prior experience in a rapid-growth biotech / life sciences / pharmaceutical organization. This role reports to an excellent mentor, the VP of Finance who loves to support and develop their team. To start, this will be a stand-alone role, but will grow to hire and manage as the company expands.
