Key Responsibilities:

• Empower clients to identify and pursue personal goals related to recovery, wellness, and community involvement.
• Draw upon relevant lived experience to provide peer-based support, encouragement, and practical insight.
• Assist individuals receiving substance use, mental health, and Emergency Room Engagement services.
• Build supportive, recovery-focused relationships that promote hope, self-advocacy, and independence.
• Offer peer consultation and assistance based on each client’s strengths, needs, and goals.
• Connect clients with appropriate resources and collaborate with team members to support continuity of care.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess current Certified Peer Specialist certification.

Additional Qualifications:

• Maintain a valid driver’s license and a favorable driving record.
