The Gary Mercer Team is entering an exciting period of growth, and we’re looking for a Recruiting Director who can do more than find talent. We’re looking for someone who can attract great real estate professionals, develop the agents already on the team, and help drive the organization forward.

This is not a traditional HR recruiting role .

You’ll combine agent acquisition, sales leadership, coaching, and team development in one high-impact position. You’ll spend time building relationships with prospective agents, selling the opportunity, and growing the recruiting pipeline, while also working closely with the existing team to improve performance, accountability, and production.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, confident on the phone, comfortable prospecting, and energized by competition and measurable results. Just as importantly, you know how to coach people, hold them accountable, and bring out their best.

You enjoy the pursuit of great talent, but you’re equally motivated by helping the people you recruit become successful. You can confidently make the call to a prospective agent, lead a recruiting conversation, coach an agent through a performance challenge, and rally the team around a bigger goal.

• Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 (based on experience)

• On-Target Earnings: $150,000 - $200,000

• Performance-based bonus opportunities

• Proactively identify, attract, and recruit experienced and emerging real estate agents.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective agents through outbound calling, networking, referrals, social media, and industry relationships.

• Conduct recruiting appointments and uncover what motivates agents to make a move.

• Present and sell the value of the Gary Mercer Team and LPT Realty.

• Build relationships with agents before they are ready to make a change.

• Handle objections, maintain consistent follow-up, and move prospects through the recruiting process.

• Help establish the organization as a destination for ambitious, growth-minded real estate professionals.

• Coach agents at different production levels on business planning, lead conversion, prospecting, and sales performance.

• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings focused on goals, activity, accountability, and growth.

• Help agents identify opportunities, overcome obstacles, and create actionable plans to improve their production.

• Lead sales meetings, training sessions, role-plays, and productivity initiatives.

• Establish clear performance expectations and hold agents accountable to them.

• Help new and existing agents maximize the leads, tools, systems, and resources available to them.

• Build a culture where agents are supported, challenged, and motivated to perform at a high level.

• Help create an environment centered around accountability, competition, collaboration, and continuous improvement .

• Monitor key activity and production metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Work with leadership to address performance gaps and develop strategies to increase productivity.

• Recognize high performers and help create development plans for agents who need additional support.

• Help strengthen communication and engagement across the team.

• Contribute to a culture where talented agents want to join, perform, and grow.

• Treat agent recruiting as a measurable sales pipeline with clear activity and conversion goals.

• Track outreach, conversations, appointments, follow-ups, and agent acquisitions.

• Develop repeatable processes for recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and agent development.

• Identify new recruiting channels, networking opportunities, partnerships, and sources of talent.

• Partner with leadership to continuously improve the organization's recruiting and sales systems.

• Help grow the team's presence across Montgomery, Bucks, Philadelphia, and Delaware Counties .

• Identify opportunities to attract talent and increase the team's market presence.

• Develop relationships throughout the local real estate community.

• Support strategic growth initiatives and help turn organizational goals into measurable action.

• Experience in residential real estate sales, sales leadership, recruiting, business development, or another highly outbound sales environment .

• Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, set appointments, and close opportunities.

• Experience coaching, managing, or developing sales professionals.

• Strong understanding of sales activity, conversion, and production metrics.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with CRM and sales tracking systems.

• Residential real estate experience is strongly preferred.

• Experience recruiting real estate agents is a major plus.
