Marketing & Events Coordinator

We are seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the marketing department and to own the planning and execution of our trade shows and events. This role manages marketing requests, coordinates materials and inventory, keeps marketing projects and communications organized across the team, and serves as the dedicated point of contact for our trade show build partners and vendors. Our team operates in a fast-paced environment within a rapidly growing company, so the ability to stay organized, work independently, and adapt quickly is key. Responsibilities Manage requests and place orders for business cards, apparel, and marketing materials. Coordinate ordering and production of signage, branded items, and product literature. Maintain inventory of promotional items, apparel, and marketing collateral. Oversee the marketing email inbox and ensure timely responses to requests. Coordinate shipping of marketing materials, event items, and branded packages. Coordinate local and regional marketing campaigns across direct mail, print, radio, and other regional channels. Maintain internal marketing resources such as vendor contact lists, extension lists, and employee email signatures. Answer phones and assist with marketing-related inquiries as needed. Run occasional marketing errands including pickups, deliveries, and event preparation. Own trade show and event execution from start to finish for regional shows across the assigned territory Plan trade show and event execution from start to finish for major national shows Serve as the dedicated marketing point of contact for booth build partners and show vendors, present from setup through teardown. Manage booth display build-outs, including materials delivery, freight, and setup and teardown timelines. Assist with show logistics including staffing plans, booth coverage, information booth presence, and on-site problem solving. Support planning and logistics for customer events and sponsorships. Build and document repeatable trade show processes, including vendor workflow, freight playbook, staffing templates, and show calendar. Be the onsite point of contact and problem solver during national trade shows, specifically during booth build out and tear down. Required Qualifications 2 or more years of experience in marketing, event coordination, project coordination, or a related role. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Direct experience planning and running trade shows or large events from start to finish (required) Preferred Qualifications Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content management. Experience with marketing or project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com. Experience in the building material, manufacturing, or construction industry is a major plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
