Bronx Community Health Network is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Human Resources to lead the development and implementation of HR strategies across talent acquisition, employee relations, professional development, engagement, compensation, benefits, and performance management.
Reporting to the CEO and partnering with the Executive Leadership Team, you will ensure compliance with healthcare laws and nonprofit HR practices while advancing BCHN's mission, culture, and workforce
