SUMMARY

The Public Information Intern will assist the Public Information & Grants Coordinator in developing content for District websites, social media, and newsletters.

Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following: Provides support to the Public Information & Grant Coordinator to develop graphics for social media, websites, and newsletters. Provides support to the Public Information & Grant Coordinator to draft, edit, and design the District’s written and electronic publications. Provides support to the Public Information & Grant Coordinator in taking photographs of District events. Supports the relationship between Garfield County School District 16 and the general public by demonstrating courteous and cooperative behavior when interacting with citizens, visitors, and District staff. Performs other duties as required or assigned. Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
