Breezy Hill Marketing is a Vermont-based B2B digital marketing agency and HubSpot Gold Partner serving clients in healthcare, B2B SaaS, and professional services. We are seeking a highly analytical HubSpot Analyst to turn client portal data into clear, decision-ready insight across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Content Hub landing pages.

What you will do:

Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and attribution reporting across Sales Hub and Marketing Hub

Audit portal data quality, including properties, lifecycle stages, deal pipelines, and associations, and recommend corrections

Analyze funnel performance from first touch through closed-won and present findings to account leads and clients

Build, test, and measure landing page performance, including conversion rates, form submissions, and A/B test results

Configure and QA the workflows, lead scoring, and lifecycle automation that feed reporting

Document reporting logic and metric definitions so results are consistent and reproducible

Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience, with recent work in Sales Hub and Marketing Hub, including landing pages and forms

Proficiency with the custom report builder, including multi-object reports

Working knowledge of lifecycle stages, deal pipelines, attribution models, and data hygiene

Strong spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, lookups) for analysis outside HubSpot

Clear, professional written communication and the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders

Professional working proficiency in English

Preferred:

HubSpot Reporting certification

Experience with healthcare or B2B SaaS clients

Experience with SQL, HubSpot datasets, or BI tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI

Agency or multi-client experience

Engagement details:

Freelance / independent contractor (US and international applicants welcome)

Remote, with availability for at least 6 hours per business day overlapping US Eastern Time

Starting at 5–10 hours per week, with weekly hours increasing based on demonstrated reliability and experience

Project-based and ongoing work available

Rate: $50–$60 USD per hour, based on experience
