Overview Senior Marketing Consultant – LPL Financial Managed Program Marketing The role serves as a senior marketing consultant and main point of contact for up to 30 financial institution marketing teams and 75‑100 advisors. The consultant consults with institution marketing teams and advisors to grow business through strategic marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with institutional program and marketing goals. Responsibilities Gain a deep understanding of each institution’s culture, member base, and program growth goals to ensure relevance and alignment. Assess current marketing channels and develop a cohesive approach to integrate investment services within existing marketing cadences. Create and maintain a marketing calendar that reflects the program strategy and utilizes a library of pre‑approved content. Participate in the annual planning cycle to develop overall marketing strategy aligned with institutional plans. Conduct regular accountability meetings with institution marketing partners to maintain focus and momentum. Track and report key performance indicators, delivering quarterly scorecards for each institution. Collaborate with the Regional Investment Director to review program marketing goals and plan execution effectiveness. Complete onboarding tasks, including welcome communications and an onboarding checklist. Lead 3–4 annual individual consulting sessions, developing a digital marketing cadence and social media calendar. Maintain engagement levels for advisors, conduct group meetings, and advise on emerging marketing trends. Qualifications 5+ years’ experience in marketing with a focus on digital marketing. 2+ years’ experience in graphic design and content development. Solid understanding of branding, marketing metrics, CRM, inbound marketing tools, and web management. Basic knowledge of events and webinars, and experience with traditional advertising such as billboards, radio, and print. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field. Additional 2+ years of professional marketing experience beyond the minimum requirements. Compensation and Benefits Pay Range: $76,838.00 – $128,132.00. Base salary is variable based on relevant skill, experience, education, performance, and location.
