Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events that leave a lasting impression. Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand event objectives and tailor experiences to meet their needs. Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines. Source, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts and relationships to secure quality services and materials. Create detailed event timelines and run sheets to ensure smooth execution from setup to breakdown. Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years experience in event planning or coordination, preferably within a corporate or agency environment. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and team members. Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
