Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor Range: $17.65 - $21.28 per hour. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled mid- and closing shifts. Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction, product quality, and restaurant cleanliness. Act as the ambassador of Company & Brand Equity Standards, maximizing guest loyalty and profitability. Resolve guest interactions and operational issues with a solution-oriented approach. Support and supervise peers, delivering leadership and guidance. Collaborate with exempt management to execute management tasks and foster leadership growth. Work additional hourly roles as certified, subject to restaurant needs. Qualifications Minimum 21 years old. At least 1 year of full-service restaurant experience (preferred). High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. Demonstrated record of maintaining high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction. Ability to effectively supervise peers and exhibit business maturity. Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities. Basic business math, accounting, and analytical/decision-making skills. Basic personal computer literacy. Flexible schedule, including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays. Reliable transportation. ServSafe Certified preferred.
