Boylston Staffing is seeking several Program Coordinator for immediate openings across multiple departments at a prestigious university in Boston. These roles are ideal for organized, professional individuals with strong administrative experience who thrive in fast-paced academic environments. $25/hr-$30/hr depending on experience. Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative support to departmental staff and faculty. Serve as a primary point of contact, handling inquiries from students, collaborators, and the public. Prepare and maintain records, reports, budgets, and departmental plans. Manage Outlook calendars, emails, and scheduling. Maintain and update program websites, webpages, and related materials as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required. Prior office/administrative experience is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and adapt in a dynamic setting.
