Lead Early Learning Teacher — Impactful Classroom Leadership

YMCA of Montclair is seeking an ELC Lead Teacher responsible for providing a safe, fun environment for children. The role includes planning instructional lessons and supervising activities. Ideal candidates must be 18+, possess a CDA or an associate degree, and have at least 2 years of classroom experience. This position offers a detailed benefits package including complimentary YMCA membership, medical insurance, and competitive hourly pay of $20.
