This role coordinates workflows, tracks publication products, provides clear guidance, and ensures technical documents meet established quality, writing, and approval standards.Due to the nature of our work as a federal consulting organization, employees may be expected to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and must adhere to applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements.Responsibilities include:Serving as a primary point of contact between publishing teams, approving offices, and program stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and coordination throughout the publication lifecycle.Tracking, managing, routing, and maintaining accurate records of publication products across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.Reviewing and evaluating technical documents for grammar, clarity, readability, consistency, and compliance with established writing and publication standards.Facilitating cross-functional meetings, providing publication status updates, and assisting with resolving issues, adjudications, and approval requirements.Supporting program offices in developing strategic publication plans and identifying innovative approaches to improve communication and publication outcomes.
