About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of enhancing the quality of early childcare and promoting universal access to high-quality early childhood education. The successful candidate will be a strategic, entrepreneurial, and mission-driven individual with a proven track record in scaling organizations and driving national impact. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include defining and executing a clear strategic vision, leading national expansion, strengthening financial sustainability, and overseeing product strategy and technology development to meet the needs of early learning providers. The role also involves building and stewarding strategic partnerships, leveraging technology and data for systemic change, and serving as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have an MBA or equivalent advanced degree, or comparable executive-level experience, and a deep commitment to mission-driven work. Experience in both nonprofit and for-profit environments is preferred, with a strong understanding of the challenges facing early childhood education providers. The ideal candidate will have advanced business acumen, particularly in marketing, branding, and partnership development, and a visionary leadership style capable of inspiring high-performing teams and engaging diverse stakeholders. Technology fluency and a background in high-growth, technology-enabled environments are also essential, with a focus on SaaS, edtech, or similar platforms. The role requires a leader who can champion the mission, drive measurable impact, and ensure the organization's position as a national leader in early childhood systems change.
