Registered Nurse - Acute Care Telemetry Unit

Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse providing comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting. Responsibilities include: Conducting assessments, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering treatments and medications, evaluating intervention effectiveness, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshooting equipment issues, participating in evidence-based practice decisions, and contributing to quality and safety initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Graduation from a specialty nursing program (required), Bachelor’s degree preferred, and adherence to scope of practice standards. Compassionate care delivery, strong teamwork, problem-solving, and effective communication are essential. Key duties: Coordinate patient care, promote safety, enhance patient and family satisfaction, and actively participate in organizational quality improvement activities.
