Director, Contract Lifecycle Management Product Manager

Merck

Merck seeks a Director of Contract Lifecycle Management to lead enterprise-wide CLM platform strategy and implementation, overseeing DocuSign CLM across 40+ markets and 10+ functional areas. This role requires steering a multi-year global transformation, managing stakeholder alignment, and delivering measurable business value through product vision and operational leadership.

Responsibilities

Create and communicate CLM product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with business priorities
Serve as primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, translating objectives into requirements
Lead CLM implementations, releases, and enhancements using PMO and risk management practices
Build, mentor, and grow team of Product Managers through coaching and performance feedback
Partner with architecture, security, and integration teams to ensure scalable, compliant solutions

Requirements

10+ years product management, product ownership, or solution leadership in enterprise SaaS
Proven experience owning and delivering enterprise-scale CLM solutions
Strong PMO and delivery leadership managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
Executive presence and stakeholder management skills with legal, procurement, and compliance teams
Experience leading and mentoring technical analysts or delivery teams
Bachelor's degree required; Master's in science or technology preferred
Willingness to travel up to 10% for business purposes
