Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pediatric Nurse Supervisor (LPN or RN) to join our thriving pediatric practice with office locations in Boca Raton and Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

• Outstanding opportunity to join our expanding practice and work alongside highly-regarded pediatricians, advanced practitioners, and tenured support staff.
• Oversee the clinical staff (MAs) to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality outpatient care while providing ongoing support and supervision.
• Responsible for clinical staffing, managing vaccine and supply inventory, and providing direct support to the Medical Assistant team to ensure operational success.
• In this role, you will lead clinical staff by managing schedules and performance reviews, while ensuring the team is fully trained in pediatric procedures, testing, and documentation to maintain a smooth-running office.
• Full-time schedule, with competitive compensation and full benefits.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Highly preferred in Pediatrics and Management / Administration.
• Clinical Excellence: Must love building relationships, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills.
• License: Active Florida LPN or RN license.
