Licensure/Certs: Valid PTA license

Experience: Prior LTC or skilled nursing experience preferred

Hourly Pay Rate: $41.54

What You'll Do

• Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients in long-term care
• Conduct exercises, massage, gait, and balance training
• Monitor and document patient progress in accordance with care plans
• Support patients to improve mobility, strength, and overall well-being
• Follow all safety and health protocols to ensure patient and staff safety
• Communicate effectively with team members and report on patient responses

What You Need

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
• Prior experience in long-term care settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
