Property ManagerHarmoniq Residential is looking for a relationship driven Property Manager to lead operations at Lake Shore Commons in Oak Creek, while also supporting a small, well maintained 28 unit townhome rental community, IVY.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building trust with residents and board members, bringing structure to day to day operations, and taking pride in creating a community that runs smoothly and feels well cared for. You will serve as the primary partner to the association board, acting as both a strategic advisor and a hands on problem solver, while collaborating with internal teams to support a strong resident experience at IVY.This is an opportunity to take meaningful ownership of a community without being spread across a large portfolio.What you will do:Lead day to day operations for Lake Shore CommonsServe as the primary liaison between the association board, residents, and vendorsCoordinate and facilitate board meetings, including preparing materials and ensuring follow through on action itemsBuild strong, trust based relationships with residents and board membersPartner with vendors to complete maintenance, repairs, and community improvement projectsSupport annual budgeting, invoice review, and financial tracking in partnership with ownership and the boardEnsure compliance with association bylaws, rules, and applicable regulationsRespond to and resolve resident concerns with professionalism and careCollaborate with internal teams to support operations and resident experience at IVYYou will not be doing this alone.
