Opportunity Overview This posting is for physicians who want to establish or transition into an independently operated medical practice supported by MedCBO’s administrative infrastructure. Physicians own and operate their own practice entity while MedCBO supplies non‑clinical business and operational support. Physician Responsibilities Provide clinical care in orthopedic surgery. Develop professional relationships within the medical community. Coordinate payer credentialing and billing as required. Determine the clinical services offered by the practice. Manage clinical quality and patient experience. Administrative Support Provided by MedCBO Practice formation coordination. Billing and collections management. Payer contract negotiation. Financial infrastructure and reporting. Operational workflows and staffing systems. Technology platform and implementation. Requirements MD or DO with unrestricted license in good standing in the intended state of practice. Board Certified or Board Eligible in orthopedic surgery. Eligible for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable. Ability to obtain professional liability coverage at standard market rates. No current limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions that would prevent independent practice. Interest in the independent practice model. Preferred Desire for practice ownership. Community‑based care interest. Leadership or program development interest. Location Multiple U.S. markets available (urban, suburban, rural). Relocation and market selection are physician‑directed, subject to licensure. Compensation Compensation is not a salary but is derived from the physician‑owned practice.
