In this role, you will oversee all aspects of mitigation and remediation projects and ensure they progress on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate is an expert in building methods and has a proven track record of successful management of residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the restoration project Able to lift 50 lbs Coordinate with internal team and subcontractors to determine the specifications of the project Help Production manager to negotiate contracts with external vendors and suppliers Secure necessary permits and licenses Ensure all professionals on site comply with building and safety regulations Schedule key deliverables and milestones and ensure progress is being made Estimate costs and keep the project within budget Coordinate subcontractors and outside contractors Supervise and direct laborers and construction workers Report on progress using a variety of software to document the status of the job Identify and mitigate any potential issues that may arise Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred Previous experience as a Construction Manager Project management certification is preferred Deep understanding of construction management methods and processes Advanced knowledge of construction methods, building products, and building codes Strong leadership and crisis resolution skills Familiar with Microsoft 365 and restoration management software Ability to break large projects into small steps #J-18808-Ljbffr
