What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Med Tech at Freedom Senior Living, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include: - Administering medications to residents in accordance with prescribed guidelines. - Monitoring residents for any changes in health and reporting concerns to the appropriate team members. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medication records. - Assisting residents with daily living activities as needed. - Supporting the healthcare team in creating a safe, comfortable, and caring environment.

What We’re Looking For: Skills and Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, demonstrating your ability to provide high-quality care. - A strong understanding of medication administration procedures and protocols. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - A compassionate and patient-centered approach to caregiving. - The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
