Job Description We are seeking a professional and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that each customer has a positive experience when reaching out to our agency. You will respond promptly to inquiries, maintain accurate records, and generally provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, friendly, and familiar with insurance products. Responsibilities Answer customer questions via phone, email, and in-person Assist clients with updating policies, payments, and other services Proactively assist customers to prevent cancellations and retain their business. Resolve issues efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Provide accurate information on insurance products, policies, and services. Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products. Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex issues and deliver seamless service. Qualifications 1+ year of phone-based customer service experience. Background in insurance environment Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a commitment to outstanding customer experiences. Compensation: $17.50 - $21.50 per hour Do you have Property and Casualty License?
