You know firsthand what works and what doesn'tBe a true partner to our engineering leads - reason through hard problems with them, weigh the tradeoffs, and decide what's worth buildingPartner with GTM on positioning and driving adoptionWork directly with the CEO and leadership to help shape product directionWho You Are6+ years in product, or the equivalent as a founder, GM, or trader who moved into buildingShipped B2B, API, or infra products with real adoption and revenueData-driven - you build your own Dune dashboards and dig into API performance and internal analytics in Grafana, Metabase, or similarTechnically fluent - you hold your own with engineers on routing, execution quality, latency, and whatever else the problem demandsDeFi-native - onchain trading, perps, dex aggregation.
