Senior Tax Manager

Job Title : Tax Manager / Senior Indirect Tax Manager Location : Hybrid (Houston, San Antonio, Atlanta, Harrisburg, OH, or Long Island, NY) Compensation : $120k-$140k + Bonus Job Type : Full Time Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) Match, PTO, Paid Holidays, Company-Paid Life Insurance & Disability Why You Should Apply : Lead a growing tax function within a private equity-backed company Gain exposure to both indirect and direct tax, acquisitions, and tax strategy High-visibility role partnering with executive leadership and business leaders across the organization Opportunity to help bring more direct tax work in-house as the company continues to grow What We're Looking For : 8-10+ years of tax experience with a strong Indirect Tax background Experience with direct tax, including income tax and personal property tax (preferred) Leadership experience managing or mentoring tax professionals Multi-state, multi-entity experience (private equity or high-growth environment preferred) Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred What You'll Be Doing : Lead the company's indirect tax function, including Sales & Use Tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions Coordinate federal, state, and local income tax compliance with external advisors Manage tax audits, notices, planning initiatives, and compliance activities Partner with Sales, Operations, Billing, Finance, and executive leadership on tax matters Lead tax integration efforts for acquisitions and drive process improvements across the tax function Develop and mentor a growing tax team while helping shape the future of the department #J-18808-Ljbffr
