Production Machine Operator – RTE 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES 

1. Perform a pre-operation inspection of the equipment.
2. Assemble equipment according to the Company’s procedures.
3. Operate equipment according to the Company’s procedures and safety guidelines.
4. Disassemble the equipment according to the Company’s procedures.
5. Perform a post-operation inspection of the equipment.
6. Complete all required paperwork.
7. Advocate and work safely and follow all safety rules.
8. Maintain good housekeeping and follow all GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices)
9. Report all safety concerns.
10. Perform all duties necessary to meet third party audit requirements as well as other standards prioritized by the company, to include SQF, HACCP, FSMA, USDA, FDA, etc.
11. Utilize tools and equipment required for each task, including hand trucks, or other lifts.

Job Requirements

1. High School Diploma or Equivalent
2. One (1) year experience in food production • Applicable Equipment Training
3. Must be able to lift 50+lbs.

Desired Qualifications

1. Experience as a machine operator.
2. Experience with GMP’s •            
3. Experience with Lock-out Tag-out.
4. Bilingual English/Spanish.

Skills and Abilities

1. Ability to work in a team environment.
2. Ability to follow instructions.
3. Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally.

Job Type: Full-time 

Schedule: 

1. Monday to Friday – 5:30am – 4:00pm (Saturday & Sunday, when needed)
2. Overtime.
