We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Assistant General Manager to help lead operations at a high-volume location in College Station . Key Responsibilities

• Lead Operations: Plan, delegate, and manage day-to-day store operations to ensure a smooth, efficient flow during peak hours and high-volume events.
• Customer-First Culture: Train, coach, and hold team members accountable to deliver exceptional customer service and actively solicit guest feedback.
• Team Development: Recruit, onboard, and manage store associates; provide regular performance feedback, conduct assessments, and set challenging goals.
• Financial Oversight: Utilize management tools and analyze financial reports to identify trends, manage staffing levels, and drive profitability.
• Execution: Successfully implement company programs and develop action plans to meet and exceed brand standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven management experience in the food service/restaurant industry or a leadership role in a closely related high-volume hospitality field.
• Age: Must be 21+ years of age.
• Availability: Flexible schedule required; must be able to work all shifts, including nights and weekends (average 42–45 hours per week).
• Skills: Strong leadership, supervisory, and problem-solving skills with a clear, concise communication style.
• Logistics: Must have reliable transportation.
