We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Operations & Administration Coordinator to support a growing generator services team. In this role, you'll keep projects moving from start to finish by coordinating schedules, communicating with customers, managing permits and documentation, ordering equipment, and supporting technicians throughout the installation and service process.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate installation and service schedules
• Communicate with customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage permits, inspections, and project documentation
• Order equipment and track deliveries
• Process warranty claims and communicate with vendors
• Maintain accurate customer and project records
• Support technicians by ensuring they have the information and materials needed to complete projects

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent customer service experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Experience in operations, project coordination, scheduling, dispatching, or customer service preferred
• Experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, construction, restoration, or another field service industry is a plus
• Generac experience is preferred, but not required

Schedule:


Monday through Thursday
7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Four 10-hour days with some flexibility)

Pay:


$25.00-$30.00/hour DOE

Requirements:

• Background check required
• Drug screen required
