Operations Director

As the Head of operations of a medium sized business, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the organisation, ensuring everything operates smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve managing key functions and driving operational and process improvements to support the delivery of high-quality services. Client Details A small to medium sized organisation based in Sussex. Description Oversee operational processes and ensure they align with organisational goals. Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery. Coordinate with various departments to maintain seamless operations. Monitor budgets and ensure financial targets are met. Develop and manage operational policies and procedures. Lead and support teams to achieve performance objectives. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Generate reports and provide insights to senior leadership. Profile Proven experience in operational management, ideally within a small to medium sized organisation. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Ability to manage budgets and financial performance effectively. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Job Offer Salary between £80,000 and £100,000, dependent on the level of experience. Permanent role in Sussex.
