Registered Nurse – Pediatric Homecare (Skilled Visits) Location: Monmouth County, NJ Make a difference every day by bringing skilled, compassionate care to children where they’re most comfortable—at home. VNA Health Group is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Homecare Team providing skilled nursing visits throughout Monmouth County. Why VNA Health Group? What You’ll Do Deliver skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, ensuring safety, comfort, and clinical excellence. Conduct thorough assessments, monitor progress, and adjust care plans based on each child’s unique needs. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with care plans and physician orders. Educate and support families, helping them manage their child’s care confidently at home. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure positive outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system. Qualifications Current RN license in the State of New Jersey 1+ year of pediatric or acute care experience (homecare experience a plus) Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred, but not required Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Join Us If you’re passionate about pediatric nursing and want to bring skilled, compassionate care to children at home, we’d love to meet you. Pay Transparency In compliance with New Jersey’s Pay Transparency Act, the compensation range for this position is USD $43.00 to USD $50.00.
