LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - Evening Shift

As an LPN on our evening shift, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, assisting with daily living activities, administering medications, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and assisting with daily living activities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any concerns or changes to the nursing team
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
