This newly created position has been added due to growth and will serve as a key finance partner supporting multiple sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance leader who enjoys partnering with executive stakeholders, influencing operational decisions, and driving financial performance across a complex organization. Responsibilities: Budgeting & Forecasting Operational Finance Partnership Executive Reporting Financial Performance Analysis Capital & Strategic Planning Support Revenue and Expense Optimization Process Improvement Initiatives Cross-Functional Business Partnership Ad Hoc Strategic Projects Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field required 6+ years of progressive finance/FP&A experience required, ideally in a healthcare organization Master's degree, CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills Experience partnering with executive leadership Ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational initiatives Health, vision, dental, disability insurance Annual discretionary bonus PTO Paid holidays Newly created position due to growth High visibility with executive leadership Strong internal career progression opportunities Hybrid schedule with travel to sites Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled.
