Job Summary

W e are seeking a detail-oriented Technology Quality Technician to join our Quality team. In this role, you will perform inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure products meet engineering specifications and quality standards.

Job Description

• Perform quality inspections on raw materials, components, subassemblies, and finished products.
• Verify products meet engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
  
• Conduct manufacturing and engineering tests following established procedures and standard work.
  
• Review and verify traceability and conformance documentation.
  
• Record inspection and test results accurately while maintaining quality records.
  
• Assist with document scanning and electronic file management.
  
• Maintain and update Quality Assurance and Quality Control files.
  
• Utilize company software and SAP to complete quality transactions (training provided).
  
• Assist with calibration activities when authorized.
  
• Ensure all inspection and testing activities are performed safely.
  
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Manufacturing Quality System.
  
• Perform additional quality-related projects and assignments as needed.

Skills Required

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to solve routine problems using sound judgment.
• One or more years of experience in clerical, inspection, or Quality Assurance/Quality Control environments is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in manufacturing quality or inspection.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Familiarity with: ISO 9001, ASME NQA-1, 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21
• Experience interpreting: Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), ASTM, ANSI, ASME, MIL SPEC, ISO/IEC standards, IEEE and AS specifications
• Experience with precision measuring instruments and CMM equipment.
• Prior experience in aerospace, military, nuclear, or highly regulated manufacturing industries.

Education

• Highschool diploma or GED

Pay Rate

• $22 - $24 per hour ( Compensation will be offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)

Additional Requirements

• Schedule: 1 st Shift - 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM. Overtime available as needed, especially toward end of month production pushes
