Distribution Associate IIThe Distribution Associate is responsible for performing a variety of manual and clerical tasks related to the receiving, storage, and shipment of materials and finished products within a warehouse environment. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and attendance. Associates will primarily operate stand-up forklifts and must be comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced team environment with variable workloads throughout the year.Job ResponsibilitiesOperate stand-up forklifts as the primary material handling equipmentReceive incoming goods, verify shipments against records, and inspect product conditionGather, verify, and pack items for shipment according to specifications and transportation methodsRecord received and shipped materials using written and computerized systemsRoute materials, supplies, and equipment to appropriate inspection or stock locationsComplete required documentation accurately and in a timely mannerFollow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environmentJob RequirementsPrimary experience operating stand-up forkliftsMinimum of 2 years of stand-up forklift experience or 3 years of sit-down forklift experienceAbility to work extended hours during peak periods, including occasional SaturdaysStrong attention to detail and ability to follow established proceduresCommitment to safety, attendance, and teamworkAbility to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature fluctuationsEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experienceWork ExperienceAt least 1 year of related warehouse or distribution experienceForklift certification preferred
