Surgery - Vascular Nurse Practitioner

We re currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner - Surgery Vascular to join our amazing team.

Details of the Opening:

• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• PRN an occasional PTO coverage
• August 24 November 27 (dates TBD), schedule is 7a-4p plus call
• Support staff: physicians, APP, RN, OR and CV teams
• Patient Volume: 3
• Patient Age Group: adult+
• EMR/Documentation System: Epic
• Special Procedures/Unit Details: vein harvesting, abdominal aortic aneurysm repair, bypass grafting, first call; no rounding

Requirements:

• Board Certification: NCCPA or BC-NP with RNFA certification
• License Required: OK license preferred
• CSR: OK OBN
• DEA
• Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS
• Minimum Experience: 2 years
• Specific Skills: EVH (endoscopic vein harvesting) for coronary artery bypass procedures, first assist in cardiovascular and vascular surgical cases, provide intraoperative support to surgeons, collaborate with multidisciplinary OR and CV teams
