This fully onsite opportunity pays $18\/hour and offers a Monday-Friday schedule from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Job Responsibilities Receive, sort, and organize incoming mail and packages Deliver packages to departments and designated pickup locations throughout the facility Assist with outgoing shipments, including packaging and coordinating carrier pickups Track package deliveries and maintain accurate records when needed Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient mailroom environment Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and delivery vendors Provide general administrative and office support as needed Lift, carry, push, and pull packages up to 50 pounds on a regular basis Candidate Qualifications Previous office, administrative, mailroom, or related experience required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Basic computer proficiency Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to remain on your feet for most of the workday Comfortable moving throughout the building and handling package deliveries throughout the day
