Are you a proven automotive F&I sales professional who knows how to turn dealership relationships into long-term revenue growth?
Our client is a rapidly expanding leader in the automotive finance and insurance (F&I) industry, helping franchised and independent dealerships maximize profitability through high-performing vehicle service contracts and protection products.
They are seeking a high-impact Area Sales Manager to own and grow a designated territory by building trusted partnerships with dealer principals, general managers, and F&I leaders.
This is a true consultative sales role—not an order-taking position. The ideal candidate understands dealership dynamics, excels at coaching F&I teams, and is passionate about helping dealers increase penetration, profitability, and customer retention.
