As Site Superintendent, you will oversee daily operations of construction projects, ensuring that work is completed correctly, remain within budget, workplace safety regulations are enforced, and projects are finished on schedule. You will manage a crew of varying size, depending on the scale and timeline of each project.

Tasks:

• Oversee publics works projects and private work projects from start to completion.
• Manage Subs
• Manage the budget of project
• Pull city permits
• Help selecting subs
• Create and maintain project schedule
• Maintain Quality throughout the project

The following candidate needs to have -

• Well organized
• Experience in general engineering construction
• Proficient in reading Plans and Specifications
• Order Material/Take offs is must.
• Review material invoices.

Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction or HS Diploma and minimum 5 years' experience of equivalent experience.

• Proven building experience as a Foreman /Superintendent or similar position in the construction industry

• Dependability – Job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, in fulfilling obligations

Physical Requirements:

The employee may frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Employees may be required to drive. Employees are frequently required to sit, stand; walk; use hands, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms including above the shoulders, climb or balance, stoop; kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear. Close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception vision is required.
