What’s a typical day as Senior Analyst, HR Technical Training ? You’ll be:

• Designing and delivering training programs using adult learning principles across classroom, virtual, e-learning, and on-the-job formats.
• Developing and maintaining training materials such as course outlines, coaching guides, job aids, and system demonstrations using tools like Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, and SharePoint.
• Validating and refining training scope, audience, and approach based on feedback and lessons learned.
• Collaborating with process owners, SMEs, and trainers to ensure training content alignment and accuracy.
• Managing training logistics, including scheduling, environment setup, training IDs, and classroom support.
• Maintaining and updating training content and Learning Management System (LMS) entries as processes and systems evolve.
• Supporting Train-the-Trainer programs by preparing Power Users for classroom delivery.
• Tracking and reporting training development and delivery progress for continuous improvement.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of equivalent experience (degree in training, business, quality, or related field preferred).
• Bring at least 4 years of professional experience in instructional design, adult learning, e-learning, and training methodologies.
• Demonstrate expertise with training technologies such as Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, and LMS platforms.
• Possess strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Are ready to provide a portfolio or work samples with your resume submission.
