R&D Strategy Portfolio - Projects Manager

• Quản lý danh mục nhiều dự án R&D đồng thời, theo dõi tiến độ, nguồn lực và KPI của các BU trong tập đoàn.
• Làm việc độc lập và phối hợp đa phòng ban: R&D, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, QA, Manufacturing.
• Bắt buộc có kinh nghiệm trong ngành Food/Food Ingredients/Food Manufacturing ; nếu khó tìm có thể mở rộng sang FMCG.
• Ưu tiên ứng viên đã quản lý nhiều dự án phát triển sản phẩm mới (NPD) hoặc Innovation Project.
• Cần tư duy chiến lược, quản lý project portfolio, theo dõi KPI và báo cáo cho Head of R&D.
• Tiếng Anh tốt, thường xuyên làm việc với nhiều stakeholder và công ty thành viên.
• Ưu tiên profile nhanh nhẹn, chủ động, tư duy logic, khả năng drive project tốt.
• Target: R&D Project Manager, Innovation Manager, R&D PMO, Portfolio Manager trong các công ty thực phẩm/FMCG lớn.
• Report trực tiếp cho Head of R&D.
• Kinh nghiệm mục tiêu: khoảng 5-8 năm

Job Responsibilities

R&D Portfolio & Strategy Management:

· Partner with the Head of R&D to translate business priorities into an actionable innovation roadmap and support its execution.

· Oversee the consolidated portfolio of R&D initiatives spanning multiple product categories and business units.

· Evaluate and sequence projects according to strategic relevance, market potential, resource requirements, risk exposure, and delivery timelines.

· Maintain visibility of project milestones, KPIs, budgets, and resource allocation across the portfolio.

Project Management:

· Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives through concept definition, development, and commercial launch.

· Integrate workstreams across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, QA/QC, and Manufacturing to keep implementation coordinated.

· Define project schedules, expected deliverables, governance mechanisms, and reporting routines.

Innovation & Market Insights:

· Translate market intelligence and trends across food ingredients, flavors, nutrition, beverages, bakery, dairy, seasonings, and related sectors into actionable insights.

· Strengthen the innovation pipeline by combining customer feedback, technology scouting, and competitor analysis.

· Coordinate innovation activities with internal stakeholders and external partners, suppliers, and customers.

Performance & Reporting:

· Consolidate portfolio performance and strategic progress into recurring management updates.

· Create dashboards and tracking tools to measure project-delivery efficiency and innovation effectiveness.

· Review project outcomes, capture improvement opportunities, and recommend continuous-improvement actions.
