This travel assignment is with Healthforce Healthcare LLC. The role focuses on inpatient rehabilitation within a small, acute-care setting that serves a rural community. The selected clinician will work a day shift on a 13-week contract with guaranteed full-time hours.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients using standard physical therapy practices to relieve pain, restore function, and enhance mobility
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with physician orders
- Monitor patient progress, document findings, and adjust plans of care as needed
- Coordinate with nursing staff, physicians, and other rehabilitation team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, transfers, and safety strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and privacy regulations; participate in care planning and discharge planning

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited four-year college or university, or related field (PT degree as noted)
- Licensure: Current California Physical Therapy license, or eligible for registration
- Certification: Current BLS certification
- Experience: One to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination
- Special qualifications: Valid California driver’s license when travel is required; ability to work in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
- Professional preferences: Member of APTA is preferred
