Physical TherapistAs our Physical Therapist, you will help patients experiencing a wide range of physical challenges-including orthopedic injury, surgery recovery, traumatic brain injury, stroke, or balance conditions-restore their mobility and functional strength so they can regain their independence and achieve optimal health outcomes.Every day you will collaborate with a supportive team of clinical professionals in a busy, fast-paced environment. You will be expected to perform the majority of treatments yourself, delivering direct, hands-on care tailored to each patient's unique recovery journey.To be successful in this role, you must thrive in a collaborative, dynamic setting, possess strong clinical adaptability across diverse patient backgrounds, and be eager to actively engage in peer-to-peer mentoring and teamwork.Responsibilities include:Perform initial patient evaluations as well as re-evaluations to indicate the level of progressDocument all treatments and note any status changesTailor treatments to individual patients as neededSeek new learning opportunities and be a resource when others need to learn from youOur Therapy Team has been awarded the Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award for 2 years in a row.
