HR Admin Assistant

LaSalle Network is hiring for an HR Admin Assistant with a leading food manufacturing and packaging company with a large presence in the Midwest. In this role, you will support day-to-day HR operations at our client’s Ponca City site, with a strong focus on hands-on employee relations. This position will also support payroll and general HR administration. Candidates should be comfortable with a flexible schedule that includes presence on third shift 1–2 times per week. Salary: USD20 - USD25 per hour. Responsibilities Handle day-to-day employee relations matters directly. Support coordinator-level HR activities and general HR administration. Provide payroll support and related administrative follow-through. Support the site’s existing HR Generalist as needed. Complete additional HR duties as assigned. Qualifications Employee relations experience. Experience supporting broad HR generalist responsibilities across HR coordination, payroll support, and HR administration. Ability to work independently in a plant/site environment; manufacturing/plant experience preferred. Comfort working a shifting schedule that may include 5:00 AM–2/3:00 PM or 11:00 AM–8:00 PM depending on site needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr The LaSalle Network
