Customer Support Specialist

MotionSource International is growing, and we’re looking for the right person to join our customer support team. We’re not looking for someone who simply answers emails and sends quotes. We want someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and winning business. Enthusiasm is as good as experience. MotionSource is a growing industrial distributor serving manufacturers throughout the United States and internationally. We represent many of the leading names in lubrication, hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, filtration and industrial equipment. What We Offer: Competitive base salary of $36,000 - $45,000, depending on experience Commission opportunities on top of salary Realistic first-year earning potential of $60,000+ Paid vacation and holidays Health insurance benefits Manufacturer and product training Advancement opportunities as MotionSource continues to grow A small-company environment where your work actually matters What We’re Looking For: Customer support experience is preferred but not not required, particularly in manufacturing, MRO, lubrication, hydraulics, pneumatics or automation. More importantly, we want someone who is driven, personable, dependable and knows how to follow through. You should be comfortable speaking on the phone, developing existing accounts, working with social media, visiting customers with sales reps and building relationships that last. We don’t micromanage good people. We give them the tools, support and opportunity to succeed, and we expect them to take ownership of the result.
