Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) is seeking a Part-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide exceptional home health services throughout the Danvers, MA area. Responsibilities include: Deliver occupational therapy services under the direction of a Registered Occupational Therapist Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence with daily living activities Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Every visit is an opportunity to help patients improve their independence, increase functional mobility, and achieve their therapy goals while remaining in the comfort of their own homes.
