We are looking for a full-time Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant for our Atlanta office with some possible travel to Rome/Calhoun/Dalton.

Responsibilities are listed below. We are looking for someone who is reliable, committed and able to work 5 days a week, with excellent communication skills and at least 1 full years of medical experience. Training to take place in Atlanta and Calhoun..

Job Duties:

• Provide the highest level of customer service to patients, fellow employees, and referral sources.
• Good computer skill set – Microsoft Office 365, at least one Medical Records software (Example: EPIC, Allscripts, Athena, OPIE, Nymbl, etc.)
• Team player.
• Punctual and Reliable.
• Entering accurate Patient Registration.
• Handling Patient Records/Charts.
• Answer phones.
• Appointment confirmations.
• Schedule patients - reschedule no show appointments and cancellations.
• Check in patients/notify practitioner.
• Obtain and enter accurate insurance information.
• Obtain and enter accurate patient demographics.
• Scanning multiple documents (IDs, insurance cards, physician notes).
• Obtain Medical Documents from Referring Physicians.
• Run Insurance Eligibility.
• Coordinate schedules for multiple practitioner/physicians to ensure proper coverage of patient appointments.
• Collecting co-insurance and deductibles.
• Incoming shipments entered in the system, some outgoing shipping of packages.
• May be required to perform other job related miscellaneous front office duties.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18 - $22 per hour, based on experience. paid bi-weekly. Mileage paid for travel when traveling outside of home office.

Schedule:

• Day/Hours: Monday -Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm, Friday 8:00 - 3:00pm
• Reliably transportation and able to commute to other satellite locations as needed or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).

Experience:

• Medical office: 1 year (REQUIRED).
• Training to take place in Atlanta and Calhoun.

Work Location: Atlanta, GA - with some travel to possibly include: Rome/Calhoun/Dalton (Mileage paid when traveling to offices outside the home office.)

This is an In-office position, not remote, with travel.
