Senior Account Executive

$95,000 base salary + commission ($120,000 - $140,000 total comp) The Opportunity: This Senior Account Executive opportunity offers the chance to drive new business across the SME market by pairing personal service with travel technology and tailored solutions. You will own the sales process and build lasting relationships with decision-makers in a collaborative, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities: Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B SME clients. Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and contract execution. Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite stakeholders. Use consultative selling to uncover business needs Manage and forecast pipeline activity using CRM and sales automation tools. Achieve individual sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals. Deliver tailored virtual and in-person presentations and product demonstrations. Collaborate with marketing, customer success, operations, and enablement teams to support smooth onboarding and a strong customer experience. Must-Have Skills: At least 3 years of quota-carrying experience in a full-cycle B2B sales role. Proven ability to prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close new business. Experience planning and executing business development strategies, including outbound prospecting and new-logo acquisition. Ability to present effectively to C-suite decision-makers, virtually and in person. Strong communication, presentation, active listening, organizational, and time-management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared outcomes. Commitment to contributing to a safe, inclusive, and supportive work environment. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce, sales automation, or other sales technology platforms. Background selling corporate travel, travel technology, or related business services.
