Qualifications/Preferred Experience:

• Experience processing Medi-Cal requests
• Familiarity with Medicaid time surveys, compliance, and procedures
• Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Capable of verifying records and coordinating with multiple staff
• No special certification or license required, but knowledge in Medicaid procedures is essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and process Medi-Cal requests within the district
• Monitor and verify random time surveys for Medicaid, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
• Coordinate regularly with special education and district staff
• Meet monthly with Medi-Cal representatives to review and ensure adherence to all protocols and timekeeping standards
