Registered Nurse Surgery

This role is for a Registered Nurse (RN) in a General Surgery Medical-Surgical inpatient unit, responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care, evaluate care effectiveness, and coordinate with other departments. Key Duties Include Maintaining patient rights and confidentiality Providing professional accountability for patient care Assessing and evaluating care provided by team members Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN) Current RN licensure in Missouri or valid compact license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days Preferred: prior hospital experience, BSN, specialty certifications, additional licensure Skills And Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, reaching, and bending Strong communication and teamwork skills This position offers a full-time schedule, day shifts, and sign-on bonuses for experienced and new graduate nurses.
